1. Agreement to Terms
By scheduling an appointment with Fremont Auto Detail, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before utilizing our services.
2. Appointments and Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to alter or postpone appointments due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Pricing and Estimates
The prices listed on our website are starting prices. The final cost of the service will be determined upon physical inspection of the vehicle. Vehicles with excessive pet hair, sand, or biohazards will incur additional charges.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of the detailing service. We accept cash, credit cards, and major mobile payment platforms.
5. Personal Property
Please remove all personal belongings, money, and valuables from your vehicle prior to your appointment. Fremont Auto Detail is not responsible for any lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle.
6. Pre-existing Damage
We will inspect the vehicle before beginning our work and note any pre-existing damage, scratches, or issues. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions that become more apparent once the vehicle is properly cleaned.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please let us know before we leave your location or when you pick up the vehicle. We will gladly address any concerns directly related to the contracted services.
